Reasons to Upgrade your AccuMark Software (to version 9.0)
By integrating information between AccuMark CAD software and Gerber’s spreading and cutting systems, users significantly improve productivity and reduce errors.
AccuMark9.0
Increase operator productivity and file naming accuracy.
AccuMark® v9’s improved user interface
makes accessing functions fast and easy.
The interface replaces drop-down menus
with a modern ribbon that mirrors the
workflow of pattern designers, graders and
marker makers. By grouping related
commands into tabs, the ribbon improves
user productivity by making it easier to
locate functions quickly. In addition, a
customizable, quick-access toolbar enables
users to access the most frequently used
functions with a single click.
The latest version of AccuMark also offers
operators the ability to use longer file
names. It supports piece, model, marker
and order names up to 50 characters in
length and size names up to 30 characters
in length. This enables users to assign more
precise names to files and makes it easier to
convert pattern and marker data from a
variety of CAD systems.
Automate and error proof production planning with powerful tools.
With AccuMark’s Easy Plan module, users
can automate production planning. Simply
input the details of a work order, including
all sizes, colors and quantities desired.
AccuMark then calculates the number of
markers required for the job.
To accelerate and error proof the production
process even further, AccuMark generates a
bar code that contains the file name, material
type and number of plies needed for the
spread. Spreader and cutter operators can
then easily scan the bar code to locate the
correct file to be spread and cut.
Integrate with Gerber’s spreading, cutting and PLM systems to minimize errors.
AccuMark provides seamless integration
with Gerber’s automated spreading, cutting
and PLM systems for more effective work
order management.

AccuMark9.0
Harness your skills. Improve quality, productivity and profits.
By integrating information between
AccuMark CAD software and Gerber’s
spreading and cutting systems, users
significantly improve productivity in the
cutting room and reduce errors caused by
manual data entry.
AccuMark also delivers improved integration
with Gerber’s YuniquePLM product lifecycle
management system. For example, users of
YuniquePLM are able to import data on
material yields and points of measure from
the AccuMark system and use this
information to generate costing and product
tech packs. This information exchange
eliminates redundant work and minimizes
errors that often occur between creative
and development teams.
Communicate with ERP systems.
AccuMark communicates with existing
business enterprise systems to accept and
process orders, track work in process and
understand and manage costs.
The software’s batch processing capability
not only reduces the entire order processing
time from minutes to seconds, it eliminates
errors caused by manual order entry and
processing. This is particularly useful in
made-to-measure businesses.
Take advantage of productivity-enhancing new functionality.
AccuMark 9.0 includes several new features
for patternmakers and graders, including a
bookmark function within pattern design
that enables users to save multiple versions
of a piece within the same file. Designers
can use bookmarks to determine what base
pattern was used prior to revisions, making
it easier to track modifications made by
vendors and can revert to a previously saved
pattern at any time.
New grading functionality enables users to
grade a line by length, rather than
traditional X and Y movements, and
perform mathematical operations on
grading values. Users can also see and
precisely control graded piece
measurements using enhanced
measurement charts.
And, the latest version of AccuMark enables
users to take advantage of multiple work
areas to compare markers side by side and
edit multiple markers simultaneously.
