WELCOME TO accessMONEY Manager®The accessMONEY Manager® RSA SecurID® user guide provides information about token activation, login, and administration procedures using an

RSA SecurID® token.

Activating the Primary Administrator and/or Secondary Administrator’s RSA SecurID Token(s)Before you begin, please ensure that:

• An RSA SecurID token for the Primary Administrator and/or Secondary Administrator was included in the package received.

• You received the correct number of RSA SecurID token(s) for your users.

• If you have not received the correct number of tokens, please contact Client Services at 877-550-5933 (US) or 401-464-3086 (International).

To activate the Primary Administrator and/or Secondary Administrator’s RSA SecurID token, please contact Client Services at 877-550-5933.

Once your identity and entitlements are verified we will activate your Primary Administrator or Secondary Administrator’s SecurID token(s).

Note: The Primary Administrator and/or Secondary Administrator’s token must be activated prior to use and prior to entitling additional users.

Verifying Assigned RSA SecurID TokensOnce your RSA SecurID token has been activated, follow the steps below to provide tokens to your users.

1. Log into accessMONEY Manager as the Primary Administrator or a user with administration rights.

2. Select ‘Admin’ from the main menu.

3. Select ‘Users’ from the submenu.

4. Click the ‘RSA SecurIDs’ button to view the list (Figure 1.0) of tokens assigned to your business. Please verify that all assigned tokens were included in

the fulfillment package and that any tokens possessed by your users are on the list. If you have a token that is not on the list or there are tokens on the list

that you/your users do not have, please contact Client Services.

5. Click ‘Done’ when you have completed your review to return to the Manage Users screen.

3. Select the ‘RSA SecurID’ radio button to assign the user a RSA SecurID token.

Assigning RSA SecurID Tokens1. Select ‘Users’ from the submenu on the Admin tab.

2. Select the user by clicking the edit icon under the Action column (Figure 1.1). The current Token Administration status should appear near the bottom of

the screen. The Unassigned token type will be selected unless the user previously had a token. (Figure 1.2)

Note: If the user has been set up for wire release a warning message will appear to notify you that this user will have the ability to release wire transfers once

you have completed the token provisioning process. If this user should not have this feature, please click Cancel and select User Permissions to remove this

entitlement. Otherwise, click ‘OK’ to continue to proceed to the Assign RSA SecurID page. (Figure 1.3)

4. Select the token serial number you wish to assign to the user. (Figure 1.4)

5. Click ‘Assign’. Click ‘Done’. This information can be accessed anytime by selecting the RSA SecurIDs button at the top of the screen.

Note: Users with existing tokens will have their RSA SecurID radio button selected. The serial number of the token should be displayed and in cases where it

is expiring, should have the expiration date beginning with 45 days to expiration.

6. Distribute the tokens to the appropriate users with initial login information.

Returning Unused and Expired RSA SecurID TokensTo avoid service charges, contact Client Services at 877-550-5933 (US) or 401-464-3086 (International) to arrange the return of your unused or

expired RSA SecurID tokens.

MANAGING RSA SecurID TOKENSIn addition to assigning an RSA SecurID token, the Token Administration section on the Edit User screen also allows you to perform

the following maintenance:

Unassigned: Use this action to re-assign a token to another user. For example, an employee has left the company and you are in possession of the unexpired

token. You can unassign it from one user and then assign it to a new user.

RSA SecurID: This action assigns and manages the RSA SecurID token including replacing a lost token.

Replace Lost SecurID: Use this action to replace a token that has been lost, stolen or is damaged. You will be prompted to assign a new token to this user.

The old token will be removed from service immediately. If you need to order additional tokens, please contact Client Services.

Security Features and Tips to Protect your Data• Safeguard assigned and unassigned tokens at all times.

• Do NOT login to any site purporting to be accessMONEY Manager unless you see your Image and Phrase that you setup under Safe with Citizens™. We

may send the Primary Administrator a message using the secure messaging capability within accessMONEY Manager, but we will not send non-secure

email over the Internet asking to verify credentials or personal information.

• Stress to users the importance of not sharing or revealing token or login credentials. Remind them that the bank will not send an email to customers asking

for login credentials or asking users to click on a link to provide or validate that information.

• Validate that each user you set-up has actually received his/her token by serial number.

• Always log out of accessMONEY Manager before leaving your computer or logging into other Web sites.
