American Colonial Capital, LLC (ACC) operates real estate

investment funds that primarily invest in and develop high

quality hotels and related food and beverage facilities as well

as other commercial properties.

ACC deploys its capital by investing in high grade real estate

ventures, primarily 3 & 4-star hotel properties and related

restaurant facilities located on prime real estate in

high-barrier-to-entry locations, with the purpose of delivering

compelling returns on investment and risk/re ward
