KentVision Project
• Nicholas and Jenny are working together as they did on the Admissions project.
• We now have an “embryonic” KentVision Support Team which initially is looking after the admissions functionality and report to Steve Holdcroft
• The project is progressing well with build work now being undertaken.
• The analysis of what we currently do and what the system can offer (without extensive customisation) is highlighting issues that we need to work through to find a solution.
• We are looking for additional staff to support the training and business change

UKVI Updates
• Teresa May’s speech!
• The introduction of Biometric Residency Permits (BRPs) which has caused a lot of work but has been successful
• The Home Office are planning to increase the level of English Language required for entry
• There is going to be an increasing focus on whether or not students leave the UK after study
