Therefore, CBM’s ABW programs terminate on March 31, 2014. Please ensure all of your claims for Community Bridges-CBM Wayne ABW and Oakland Health Plan (ABW) members are submitted by May 1, 2014 to NGS/CBM, PO Box 2310, Mt. Clemens, MI 48046 or NGS Electronic Claims # 38225. If claims are not at NGS by May 1, eligible/clean claims may not be paid for up to one year. Effective immediately, all claims STATUS inquiries are available at NGS.com or must be mailed to CBM, PO Box 489, Linden, MI 48451 only. CBM will no longer status any claims over the telephone. Additionally, all claims with Dates of Service April 1, 2014 and later should be sent to the State of Michigan’s Medicaid Department. CBM will not process any claims for ABW members with Dates of Service after March 31, 2014. We appreciate your consideration over the years and your excellent care for our members. Dear Provider:
Medicaid Expansion begins April 1, 2014. Therefore, CBMs ABW programs terminate on March 31, 2014.
Please ensure all of your claims for Community Bridges-CBM Wayne ABW and Oakland Health Plan (ABW) members are submitted by May 1, 2014 to NGS/CBM, PO Box 2310, Mt.
