Announcements made the day of sale take precedence over any printed material. Payment,
including 10% buyer’s premium, shall be made by cash, VISA/MC only, and/or check. Any and all checks must be accompanied by an irrevocable Bank Letter of Guarantee, absolutely no exceptions.
