Background• Initiated by a number of IP university students in

2005, about 11 indigenous students/youths• Formally recognized as IP youth organization in

2008• Start up the program strategy development in the

end of 2010• We are now in the 8 provinces and 1 capital with

over 500 members in the country.• Existing donor is HBF, McKnight, UNDP, EU, AIPP, • Other requested donors: UNPFII, MacArthur, First

 2.Helping indigenous

communities in ensuring the protection and security of their land and natural resources in order to improve their livelihood and access to healthcare, and to maintain their identities such as custom, tradition, beliefs and languages.

Mission1.Consolidate all indigenous youths of both sexes studying in Phnom Penh and other provinces towards building a strong network. This will help strengthen their solidarity and allow them to build strong capacities, empowering them as the future generation of the indigenous communities they represent.
