UPV CHAMBER | SEPTEMBER-OCTOBER 3

Allison Louis

Allison is excited to step into her role as Administrative Assistant at the UPV Chamber. Having lived in the Valley most of her life, Allison is proud to have a position in an organization that has such an impact on our community. Although she spent some time working in NYC, the Valley has and always will be where she calls home and she is happy to be back in the area to raise a family after a few years away. Allison appreciates the familiar faces and comfort that comes with being from a small town and looks forward to making new acquaintances and connections through her work at the Chamber. Allison and her husband Dan are happy to have recently settled in a new home in Pennsburg. They have a friendly and bright sixteen-month-old daughter Paisley, who you may have seen waving and saying “hi” to strangers in our local grocery stores, restaurants and various places around town.

UPV CHAMBER’S NEW STAFF MEMBERS Give a warm welcome to our newest staff members!

Kasey Schultz

Kasey is excited to be joining the Chamber as the Marketing Coordinator. Having interned at the UPVCC for the past two years during breaks from college, she is a familiar face to many. This past May, Kasey graduated from the University of Baltimore with a degree in Integrated Arts. She hopes to apply her knowledge of media and graphic design to Chamber activities. Kasey's first project for the Chamber has been revamping the business membership packets. This summer, Kasey has also led the creation of the 2015-2016 Business Directory and has headed the UPVCC magazine project.

LINKUP BREAKFAST August 13, 2015 Hosted by Cyndi Miller, Advent Security Corporation

Ashley Radel, ADP Curt Morton, Brode & Brooks, Inc., Realtors Cyndi Miller, Advent Security Corporation Danielle Kates, Design Intervention by Danielle, LLC David Burkhart, Gillespie Electric, Inc. George Hoffman, Trinity Generator & Electrical, Inc. FAREWELL UPVCC SUMMER INTERNS After a summer that was buzzing with activity, our Chamber office will be a little quieter this fall as we bid farewell to three of our interns. Erika Maximuck, Kate Allebach, and Mary McStravick all played an important role in several projects including the 2015-2016 Business Directory and the creation of the newest edition of Our Valley magazine. We wish them the best of luck as they return to their respective schools – Erika as a sophomore at Penn State University, Kate as a junior at Susquehanna University, and Mary as a junior at Upper Perkiomen High School – and look forward to seeing what the future holds for them. They will be missed!
