Abhishek Manu Singhvi always had a viewpoint

He was also invited to lecture on Federalism inNepal in 2007 during the country's Constitutionformation, with that lecture published in theprestigious IIPA journal also winning thatjournal's prize for the best essay.In 2011, hedelivered the Rajiv Gandhi Memorial Lecture atthe prestigious Indian Institute of PublicAdministration on
"Parliamentary Democracy" and the NehruMemorial Lecture at the India Centre at Cardiff,Wales, UK on "Institutional Foundations OfIndian Democracy."
