Results:
• Public servants of 3d and 4th categories were defined as a target group of the training program “ABC of Democratic Governance” • Draft two-week program (modules) for public servants was developed in the following areas :

• A subject plan, objective, goals and tasks of training modules

Project purpose:
• Support to the NAPA in development and improvement of the public servants training system in order to facilitate Ukrainian integration into European administrative space;

Overall Objective: Improved quality of the Public Administration in Ukraine, up to international and EU standards both at central and regional levels.
