ABB in Vietnam is seeking highly motivated and adaptable engineering graduates that share ourworld-class vision, to join our graduate program. Over a period of 18 months, successful

graduates will work with some of the industry's best, through a variety of ABB business areas in

power and automation technologies. The program offers an overseas rotation and excellent

learning and development opportunities.

The ABB Graduate Engineer Program is designed to develop the future leaders of ABB bygiving young engineers exposure to the diverse elements of ABB, over the 18 monthsprogram graduates will experience 3 rotations across a variety of Business Unit Areas. It isan annual program of ABB starting from 2013.

We offer our Graduate Engineers with competitive benefits and long term careerdevelopment opportunities:

Training courses and learning opportunities - Graduates will have the opportunity to attend

several training courses to equip them with best knowledge and skills to adapt to their lives in

ABB.

We also encourage and assist employees to improve their formal education qualifications

through an employee education assistance scheme.



International exposure: - Selected Graduates will have chances to expose to international

working environment during the oversea rotation at the end of the program. It will help

Graduates improve their English and other soft skills together with obtaining professionalknowledge about the jobs.

Professional development - Each graduate will be given a profile before the start of each

rotation outlining the tasks and responsibilities of the role. A review held in the middle and atthe end of the rotation will be used to provide feedback and discuss the development of

each individual.

Social and networking opportunities - Graduates will quickly develop a strong network of

friends and colleagues, creating a supportive environment that fosters responsibility, respect

and determination. Graduates can also look forward to many social events held both internal

and external of ABB.

Mentoring - Graduates are provided with a suitable person within ABB to establish a

mentoring relationship. The role of the mentor is to provide guidance and support to the

graduates and assist them in their career management.

We are looking for talented fresh graduates with the following qualifications:· University graduate with majors of Mechanical or Electrical – Hanoi University of

Science and Technology (HUST)

· GPA at least 3.0/4.0

· Able to work independently and as part of a team

· Be able to communicate well in English

· Inquiring to learn and technical-oriented

· High mobility across nation & internationally

The program is designed into three phases:

GEP Application Pack (in Zip format) contains a complete Application form (in English),

Resume (in English), Motivation letter (in English) and Accumulated university transcripts.

5. Academic transcripts (transcripts of 5 years at HUST are requested. Verification will

be conducted by ABB Vietnam and fraud applicant will be disqualified)*

* If you are unable to obtain the current semester transcript, the previous semesters’

transcripts are accepted with later supplement.
