Dear Sir; Referring to the a/m subject, and due to the problems resulting from the unreliable performance of the Variable Speed Drive panel of the fan, production line can’t be run till now and probably to further more time. The cooler itself is exposed to real problems, especially after the long time and expenses of the overhaul. It have been realized that this type of drives is a modified type, and it spares are not available inside Egypt. In such case procuring the critical spares was very necessary; especially it falls in your scope of responsibility. Due to these reasons you are responsible for any damage that can happen to the cooler, added to your responsibility about the business interruption loss due to the inability to resume the production.
