A USED INTRAME, model RM-260 asphalt plant with a stationary type, manufactured in our

factory in Valladolid, with a maximum output of 260 t/h, including:

A. Hoppers and pre-dispensers

5 T-80 hoppers with 3.70 m load width and 10 m3 capacity with corresponding tape

feeders.

1 Shout collector, band 800 mm, motor 7.5 CV (5.5 kW).

B.- Dryer

Compact unit where the following elements are mounted:

Feeder in cold

Introducing tape, which collects the material coming from the tape collector of

cold hoppers. With a belt of 800 mm.

Powered by 5.5 hp electric motor (4 kW).

Dryer drum

From 2,438 mm in diameter to 10,080 nm in length. Actuated

by four motorized rollers, each provided with a motor

electric 30 hp (22.5 kW).

Burner

Medium pressure, no refractories required. Heat capacity 25,000,000 kcal /h.

Prepared to burn heavy fuel oil. Carries built-in fuel pump and moulder

powered by 60 hp (44 kW) electric motor.

Fuel preheating tank included.

Elevator for hot additive - Buckets, vertical, closed, powered by 40 hp (30 kW) electric

motor.

C.- DOSAGE AND MIX UNIT

Mounted on sturdy folded sheet metal legs and including:

Screen

Horizontal, 1.80 x 5.48 m with two trays for four sizes rejects, driven by two electric

motors of 20 CV (14.7 kW) each one. Closed in a watertight housing provided with dust

suction duct.

Hoppers for hot material

Four compartments, with discharge gates pneumatically actuated. Capacity 25 m3

(40t). Gutters leftovers and remixes.

Aggregate hopper

From 5,500 kg of capacity, for cumulative weighing of the four sizes of

aggregates.

Weighed by strain gauge.

Pneumatic actuation of discharge damper.

Asphalt supply system

Compact system including: 350 kg cube, equipped with camera for heating by hot oil.

Weighing by strain gauge. Charge and discharge valves, pneumatically actuated.

Asphalt injection system on pressure

Compact system including pump with camera for oil heating, driven by a 15 hp electric

motor (11 kW), watering ramp for perfect distribution on the mixer and the necessary

pneumatic actuation valves.

Powder recovery system recovered and filler

Hopper of 250 kg for filler weighing of filler and / or powder Recovery. Heavy strain

extender cell. Download to the mixer using auger.

Mixer

Low speed and twin axles, pallets and claddings recarnbiables. Capacity 3250 kg,

powered by electric motor of 100 HP (74.5 kW). Powered discharge guard

pneumatically. With hot oil chamber. With hinged doors for easy inspection and

replacement of blades, arms, etc.

Platforms, stairs and handrails

For access to all areas of the sorter-mixer tower.

D.- FILTER OF SLEEVE

Filter of sleeves, model FE-714 with a filtering surface of 750 m2, including 180 hp

electric motor driven fan (132 kW) and compressor driven by 75 hp electric motor for

cleaning the sleeve supply of air to the plant.

Worm conveyor for recovered dust to the elevator in hot or recovered dust lift.

Regulatory chimney with access ladder and platform to make samples.

Radial motor-mounted tilting blades for tilting blades perfect airflow with remote

control from cabin. This type of gate facilitates the start of the fan.

E.- FILLER CONTRIBUTION SYSTEM

50 t silo, with pneumatic loading pipes, upper and access ladder

F.- PNEUMATIC INSTALLATION

For control of all the gates and air supply to the burner, comprises connecting pipes,

pressure regulator, filters, manometers, traps, etc.

A single motor compressor is supplied with the cleaning the sleeves and supplying air

to the plant.

G.- ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

Ready for 3-phase 380 V 50 Hz current. distribution cabinets and control cabinets.

Wiring connection from the control cabinet to the motors of all elements of the plant.

H.- AUTOMATIC FLOOR AND BURNER

Industrial automation with pre-selection of mixes and mixing times.

Equipment for introduction and supply of data in the industrial automation, including

alphanumeric display and keyboard.

The burner is also controlled by microprocessor.

I.- TEMPERATURE INDICATORS

Thermometer to indicate the temperature of aggregates.

J.- CONTROL CABIN

L.- THERMAL OIL BOILER

Model 68-SF.

With a heat capacity of 1,058,316 Kcal / gross hour, at a maximum temperature of 210

° C

Constructed of sheet steel welded to the electric, coated with a layer of mineral wool

and finally covered with aluminium foil.

Its great performance is due to the incorporation of a helical coil which greatly

increases the heat exchange surface.

The circulation of the oil is carried out by means of a horizontal pump 2 "centrifugal

driven by 15 HP (11 kW) electric motor.

Control elements of this boiler:

Thermostat to automatically set and maintain temperature of the oil between 40

and 220 ° C

Limit temperature safety control, which stops combustion if the previous

mechanism fails.

Safety control, which stops combustion when the level of hot oil in the boiler drops

from a certain minimum.

Diesel burner, with sufficient power for this model of boiler, and equipped with

pump to inject the fuel in state pulverized in order to achieve a correct combustion

and fan that supplies the airflow in the combustion.
