SATURDAY 9 NOVEMBER

MORNING WORKSHOPS

The Magic NumberFinding that sweet spot that will allow doctors and staff to work to their utmost efficiency and productivity is not an easy task. Too often doctors focus on their numbers (volume of patients) and not what is truly important, the quality of care and the experience that is provided each patient. When we see too few patients, we become lazy and fail to recognize or provide much needed ancillary services. When we see excessive numbers of patients, the opposite effect comes back to bite us, as we run out of time to offer almost anything “extra.” Ultimately, we face the biggest dilemma of all, becoming too busy to actually make money. In this workshop, we will focus on ways to find your magic number and greatly improve your patients’ experiences as well as your practice revenue.

Time for Change or To Cut the Cord? When team members reach a point where you lose track of who was president at the time of their hire, more often than not, they are no longer performing optimally. Sometimes it’s a matter of letting them go, but more commonly, it is a matter of finding where they are best suited and giving other team members the opportunity to show their value to the practice. Re-delegation is a simple and effective way of discovering the true talent of your team. Join us as we see the ways in which even the slightest change of position will give the practice a new dynamic and allow for tremendous growth and improvement.

MORNING GENERAL SESSION

What you learn at this session will pay for the seminar several times over!
