The working population- general information• Since many years number of employees rose• Every year there was a new record• Reason: Many immigrants• Immigrants are good for the labour market• In the moment the Germans are very career-

orientated • Family gets more unimportant

– In 2014 plus 324000 people• Fewest people work in agrigulture, forestry and

fishing– In 2014 plus 10000 people

• Increase of the number in each sector!

• 68% of women between 15 and 64 years work• From these women 45% in part-time-jobs

because of their family• Their wage is 20% less than the wage of men• Only 20% of women are in leadership
