Welcome to the 4th quarter edition of “Inside” Riverfront Federal Credit Union, the place where we illustrate for you the latest goings-on and discuss the things that are quickly getting ready to start. As always, we greatly appreciate you, our members, and welcome your feedback. We are always looking for a better way to serve you and to make your financial life better. If you have a comment, we welcome your feedback via our state-of-the-art website so you can tell us what’s on your mind. Good or not so good, we want to hear what you have to say. Better yet, if you are in the branch, or on the phone, take a minute and share your thoughts with us. We are listening! Over the last few months, we have been discussing two important services that we are adding to the never-ending list: mobile banking and mortgage loans. I am sure you have seen by now that our new mobile banking app is available for use. If you’ve not already done so, I encourage you to give it a try as we know you will like it. Also, we are in the final phase of development for the new First Mortgage Loan Program. In about another month, you can finance the purchase of your dream home right here at your credit union. Beyond that, we have begun the process of developing new and better ways to serve you, from quick and efficient new member documentation, to assisting you in organizing all of your financial needs under one roof. As you know, life as we know it today can get very hectic. We, at Riverfront Federal Credit Union, understand and are in the process of developing a tool to help you manage all of your day to day financial needs in one location, your credit union. It just makes sense; this credit union is the “house” that you built. So, be on the look-out for information that will make your financial life better. Aside from the services we have been developing and launching over the last several months, we have made it easier for you to get a loan. Not only have we revised the process, but we have associates standing by to help you get to where you want to go. Need a new car, not a problem! Make the process even easier by coming in and getting pre-approved. Need a snow blower for the lovely Pennsylvania winter, easy; as simple as completing the application. Granted, we cannot always make every loan request, but we will go the extra step and help you get on the road to recovery. Additionally, the Lending and Financial Services staff will always evaluate your credit report and show you ways that we can help you improve your financial life. After all, our job is to help and protect you, our member and greatest asset. As always, we greatly appreciate you being a dedicated member. Rest assured that we are always looking for better ways to help you save your hard earned money. Here at Riverfront Federal Credit Union, we are proud to be a part of the Berks County area and our mission of “Growing Stronger Together”. My name is Tim, if you happen to see me, stop and speak as I will do the same. Tim McLeod, President and CEO
