A Pot Called Kettle A.P.C.K. offer easy to choose, seasonal catering for functions, team meetings, boardroom lunches and all-day events. We also offer bespoke packages if you are looking for something a little different. A.P.C.K focuses on a few simple things: Fresh South Australian food Value for money Amazing service Sustainability and eco-consciousness Our catering ranges from your favourite sandwich platters, simple nibbles and coffee & tea stations, to freshly made sushi platters. Information Ordering Times Orders must be finalised 24 hours before the day of delivery. Large orders require 48 hours notice, to ensure all requests are met. We will endeavour to fulfil requests at shorter notice. Packaging/ Crockery Our catering is provided using disposable (compostable) packaging. If you prefer crockery, please advise. Note: additional cost based on requirements. Bespoke Special Events Our Chef and Catering Manager are happy to design a menu to suit your requirements. How We Charge Labour Our catering hours are 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Current labour rates are as follows: • Food and Beverage Attendant (Mon-Fri) $38 per hour • Chef (Mon to Fri) $45 per hour We can provide waiter service for your larger events and are happy to quote in advance for these occasions. Note: special rates may apply on nights, weekends and public holidays. Equipment We understand breakages happen, however if this does occur there may be a fee incurred for loss.
