However, they will not be able to access this account until they come of age. Each account will contain the same amount of money. If a citizen commits a crime money will be debited from their account and given back to the government. If a person dies the money will be given to their next of kin and if the individual has no next of kin the money will be given to charities.

This new world has many advantages, including fast and reliable teleportation as the main form of transport. More money to help struggling families and individuals as well as new revolutionary technology to reduce the hunger in the world.
