Registration InformationExhibitor registration and check-in will be at the Pfister Hotel. Your conference badge is your admission ticket to other conference events and sessions that do not charge special fees. Other individuals who wish to attend the conference will need to register for the conference at the appropriate rate.
Hotel ReservationsYou should plan to make your reservations as early as possible. All conference activities will take place at the below hotel. A block of rooms is held for conference attendees for single/double occupancy rate of $149 Tower Suites and $129 Garden Rooms a night. In order to secure a room at the conference rate, you must call the hotel at (414) 273-8222 and mention that you will be staying for the NASPA Conference.

Property Responsibility/InsuranceYou are responsible for insuring the safety of your personnel and your exhibit materials from theft, damage, accident, fire and other such causes. Exhibitors who desire to carry insurance must do so at their own expense. All property of the exhibitors is understood to remain in their own care, custody, and control in transit to and from the confines of the exhibit area, as well as while it is on the floor. Security and storage space will not be provided.
NASPA and their agents are not responsible for losses incurred, theft, or damage to materials.

REGISTRATION POLICIESCancellation Deadline: The cancellation deadline is Monday, October 29, 2018. A $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Deadline: No refunds will be provided after Monday, October 29.
Substitution Policy:Substitutions will be allowed until Monday, October 29 and are only allowed between registrants with the same membership type (member to member, non-member to non-member) and the same registration type (professional to professional, student to student).All requests for cancellations, refunds, or substitutions must be in writing and sent to Carrie Don at [email protected].
