Develop communication skills, motivation and teamwork needed to TQM and self-evaluation models. Devise a Quality System meeting the requirements of the NP EN ISO 9001:2000 Standard. Solve problems in a structured manner using appropriate tools. Deal with other normative benchmarks such as: environmental management systems, organizational social responsibility management systems and research, development and innovation management systems.
