Terms and Conditions

1. Once you have decided on your date a deposit of €1000 is required to secure your booking. We also require approximate numbers, wedding/service times, full names, addresses and phone numbers of the bride & groom.2. All Wedding Package Rates & Discounted Room Rates are applicable for 2019 & 2020 only.3. If booked by a third party the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking. The Bride & Groom must meet the hotel manager and sign the terms & conditions.4. Once a provisional booking has been made the hotel will hold the booking for 4 weeks only.5. All prices include Bar Exemption and V.A.T. @ 13.5%. Prices stated are subject to fluctuation and annual increase. The hotel does not apply a service charge.6. Only food and beverages purchased on the premises may be consumed on the premises (with exception of wedding cake).7. Accommodation – The bride and groom are offered a complimentary room on the night of their reception. If you wish to hold rooms for your guests, we allocate 15 rooms at a reduced rate per wedding reception on a one night stay. Rooms need to be reserved at the time the reception is booked and can only be allocated through the Bride& Groom. A deposit of €75 per room will be required. Any rooms un-named/not guaranteed to a credit card or with no deposit paid will be automatically released back to the hotel 21 days prior to the wedding date.8. Payment must be made before departure from the hotel by cash or bank draft unless otherwise agreed by the hotel.9. Should you wish to sample your wedding menu, you can reserve a tasting with your wedding coordinator. Choices to be made a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. Wedding tastings are available Sunday to Thursday only with a maximum of 3 choices per course to be sampled.10. The hotel provides standard flower arrangements for events. Should the client request alter native flower arrangements then an additional cost will be incurred.11. It is advisable to visit the hotel four weeks before your date to discuss the finer details. Final numbers are required 48 hours before the reception.12. In the event of a cancellation, every effort will be made to re-let the room. The follow conditions apply: - Notification of cancellation must be in writing - All deposit will be forfeited in full unless the facilities are resold Cancellation made within 3 months of wedding will require full payment.13. It is hotel policy not to accept or hold wedding gifts.14. A fee of €200 is charged for Civil Ceremonies Room Set up.
