Zest captures the vibrant energy with a really positive message ‘Love Food, Love Life’ which underpins our everyday activity. With a permanent focus on healthy eating and healthy living the branding captures our approach for using fresh seasonal ingredients to create innovative tasty menus.

Elior’s range of exciting concepts are designed to appeal to a variety of tastes and to ensure there is no menu fatigue with a quality range of world cuisine and handheld snacks. We will rotate the food concepts weekly, as required, so every day there is something special for lunch.

Pasta Kitchen Pasta Kitchen is based upon a retro image, authentic pasta and sauces. Pasta Kitchen sauces start with the finest, freshest ingredients.

Wrap Bam Boo Hot Wraps are a great fit with emerging trends and formats offering innovation and interaction with students. Mexican, Lebanese and Indian cuisines are all featured in the Elior Wraps

We will offer a delicious range of freshly made sandwiches, wraps and baguettes. The ranges will include a budget, regular and premium range.
