Conclusions of the study Conclusions of the study
• More than 50% of these projects meet the national priorities as
individual projects.
• The results insist on the need for more national-oriented projects in
the future.
• However, the results clearly show the national face of the TEMPUS
Programme (all projects together) as a whole being a combination of
several projects components that collectively with other
components serve the national priorities of the Syrian higher
education sector.
• The study refers to the necessity of considering both points of
views (the macro and the micro).
