Imagine your on holiday and had an accident, what would do? It would be very hard to get an doctor or ambulance because you don’t know the land line or language. Even if it was something very small like a fever it would be very nearly impossible to get a prescription since you don’t where the nearest chemist is. What if you are injured and don’t know what the injury is?

Key insight statements

The difference between our app and others is that during

an emergency it tells you the details of the nearest A and E.

For example: your on holiday and you broke your leg. You

don’t know any of the nearest A and E therefore you use

quick doc to call an ambulance and save your own life.

Ask md is an app which is also a symptom checker with

many causes that it can show to you. As well as that it

gives you the information of the nearest Dr that is

suitable to your condition. Therefore you can get a

quick consultation for that specific illness. It also gives

you information to give to your doctor. However our app

is better than this because it tells you the nearest

hospital for and it tells you how to cure the illness

yourself therefore there would be no need to book a

consultation. Therefore it tells you the nearest

pharmacy or chemist to deal with it.

“As a user I either want to find my nearest hospital or check a diagnosis

for my symptoms.”

Our main feature of the app is a symptom checker that lets you diagnose your symptoms from the comfort of your home/holiday destination.

At 99p, our app is at a good price considering that we offer a

calorie counter, a diagnose , hospital/GP finder and

international emergency numbers!

We shall sell our app for the reasonable price of £0.99. Also we have done a survey for our app and 27 out of 30 (90%) think it’s a

reasonable price for the app. Trying to get the app out will be a hurdle but hopefully we can overcome it by giving 100% to get it on

newspapers and in train stations.
