It’s been a great learning experience since then. HHiring and retaining the talented and high potential workforce are few of the challenges that the industry is grappling with and company which has right people practice (Acquire-Deploy-Develop-Retain) will have an upper hand.

Like any other organization I also have a supportive team to work even at the wee hours. Since it’s one of the leading telecom companies running multiple projects in India and the US my team assist in Talent Pipelining & acquisition and HR service delivery to meet the project demands.

Talking about culture, the company believes and encourages open communication, feedback and discussion for the employees through an open door policy. Also, company offers a great deal of work autonomy to its front line and senior managersmanagers and thereby encourages them to take decisions, responsibility and work ownership at their level. Consequently, it results in creating trust based culture within the organization. My association with this company for nearly a decade also proves that I am one of the happy & productive resources of this wireless engineering organization.

MMobileComm delivers corporate telecom trainings at various locations across the world. Our experienced and eruditetrainers are known for their professionalism and dedication to the job.

ver the time, MobileComm has carved a niche in the industry through its superior service delivery, quality, Innovation and customer satisfaction. We ascribe this success to all the people who are/were part of the group and helped achieve where we are right now.

WWe have a talented workforce of 500 employees presently working at various parts of the country and representing Mobilecomm. Needless to say, it’s a big family and being the head of Human Resource team big responsibility comes on my shoulder.

WWhen I joined the company in 2009, it used to be a small Team size company. And within couple of years it vertically expanded its operations all across the country. Being the part of the HR team, my primary task was to match the pace of the growth by bringing right talent and making a workforce. I am fortunate that I have been a part of various successful projects and work assignments.
