VENDORS: All vendors will set up on designated spots in a field in the Town of Marineland. Vendors must be fully contained in a 10’ by 10’ space and there is no electricity available. Generators are prohibited throughout the event area without explicit permission and can only be fueled in the designated area. Tents, chairs, tables and other materials needed for vendor spot are allowed. The Town of Marineland is not responsible for personal items and it is the sole responsibility of the vendor to secure and protect their items. Make sure there is a person in vendor spot at all times. Keep your spot tidy and presentable at all times. All garbage must be properly contained and placed in solid waste containers. When you breakdown make sure to leave your space in the field the way it was when you arrived. Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis as applications are received. The Town will assign a space number and parking pass (there is a special vendor’s only parking area). No rain date – festival is held rain or shine. No refunds will be given. No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises unless specifically permitted under the special event permit. All vendors must be in their designated space 30 minutes before event starts. Vendors must not leave until the end of the festival hours except in cases of emergency, and such cases shall be reported to the festival coordinator. Unleashed pets and bicycles are not permitted on the festival grounds. Please notify the festival coordinator ahead of time as to any special or handicapped needs as there is limited space. Vendors must stay in their allotted space (no soliciting or product permitted in walkways). No unapproved signage permitted outside of assigned spots. All food vendors who are grilling or heating food must have working fire extinguishers.

FOOD VENDORS: All food vendors will need to have, on site, any licences, permits or insurance that is required by Federal and State Laws. It is the sole responsibility of the vendors to know what they need in order to serve their products or offer their services. Generators must be small and energy efficient. Refueling of generators must be done in the designated spot. Food vendors must provided their own potable water. There will be no access to a water supply. All food vendors must be approved by the Town of Marineland, which reserves the right to decide what food, drinks, merchandise, crafts, signs or items are sold, given away, displayed, shared or consumed at the event. COST: Cost will be $250 for Saturday and Sunday. Vendors who want to participate on Friday night must be approved by the Town of Marineland. The town will provide a 5’ by 3’ foot grommet style custom design banner that will be displayed at the event for all three days. Your logo will be included on all the staff shirts and through out all print media advertising, including our social network and website.

LEGAL AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: In consideration of mutual benefits, I agree to abide by the rules established by the Town of Marineland which I have carefully read and which are listed and made part of this contract. The Town of Marineland will not be responsible for any injury that may arise to vendors or guests while they are within the space set aside for vending, or for loss or damage to any property from any cause whatsoever during this celebration. A reservation is a commitment to show up at the event and no refunds will be made for cancellation after October 1st.I hereby and forever discharge, release and hold harmless the Town of Marineland, Flagler and St. Johns County and the sponsors of the 75th Anniversary Celebration and their agents, of and from any loss or damage to my person or property while in the possession or under the supervision of the Town of Marineland. I hereby consent to the enforcement of all the rules and instructions of the event as set out in any and all letters of announcements and guidelines. I, the vendor/volunteer, agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth in this application. There will be no cancellation refunds due to weather, etc.

GENERAL RELEASES: By agreeing to these terms, applicant hereby certifies that he/she has read and accepts the conditions of the above acknowledgement. Applicant further certifies that all information that he/she has provided is true and correct.

I, undersigned artist, authorize the Town of Marineland to use my images, biography and information for publicity purposes and in advertising and publications. I understand and agree to all items and conditions of the above rules and guidelines.
