Making an appropriation for expenses of participation by the United States inthe general disarmament conference at Geneva, Switzerland, in 1932.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the UnitedStates of America in Congress assembled, That for the expenses ofparticipation by the United States in a general disarmament con-ference to be held in Geneva in 1932, and for each and every pur-pose connected therewith, including transportation and subsistenceor per diem in lieu thereof (notwithstanding the provisions of theSubsistence Expense Act of 1926 or regulations prescribed pursuantthereto); personal services in the District of Columbia and else-where, without reference to the Classification Act of 1923, asamended; stenographic and other services by contract if deemednecessary without regard to the provisions of section 3709 of theRevised Statutes (U. S.
