From the 7th to the 18th of September 2016, francetelevisions will
broadcast the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games to you free-to-air with
exceptional multiscreen coverage.
With numerous athletes competing at the top level in their disciplines, the
French team will be aiming to beat the 45 medals won in London in 2012
(8 gold, 19 silver and 18 bronze) to finish among the top ten nations in the
world (having finished 16th in 2012).
The Rio 2016 Paralympic Games are a unique opportunity to convey
messages in a highly unifying sporting event which is accessible to
everyone and synonymous with emotion.
More than 4350 athletes and 160 national committees are expected to
celebrate these first Paralympic Games on South American soil.

The Worldwide Olympic Partners and the Official Partners and Suppliers of the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games
benefit from purchasing priority on the “GOLD” and “SILVER” offers until the 20th of May 2016 inclusive.
At the end of this period, the Partners and Suppliers of the CPSF benefit from purchasing priority
on the remaining “GOLD” and “SILVER” offers until the 03rd of June 2016 inclusive.
From the 06th of June 2016: opening to other advertisers.
The order of display in the billboards is chosen by the partners according to the chronological order of purchase of
the offers, subject to the IPC rules in force.
This order remains unchanged from one programme to the next.
The billboards must be validated by France Télévisions and the IPC.
The advertiser may show its product in its digital billboards.
In the context of the GOLD partnership, the exclusive digital coverage will be chosen according to the chronological order of
purchase of the offers.
The lots are put up for sale on the basis of a net lump sum price excluding VAT.
As the sale price is a net price excluding VAT, these offers may not benefit from any price modulation, price condition or General
Terms of Sale rate (except in cases of more than one agreement).
All advertising messages associated with the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games together with the sponsorship information (validated by
the legal and artistic departments of France Télévisions) must be submitted for prior written validation by the IPC.
Rule 40 of the Olympic Charter applies from the 29th of August 2016 (i.e. 9 days before the start of the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games)
to the 21st of September 2016 (i.e. 3 days after closing ceremony).
No advertising or sponsorship action which includes athletes, coaches or other officials involved in the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games
(name, image, voice, performances or likeness, etc.) may be broadcast without the IPC’s prior written consent.
The gambling sector is excluded.
