7 Epsom Salt Bath Blends to Rejuvenate
Body, Mind and Soul
WelcomeOne of the simplest ways you can begin to detox your body is also one of the most rejuvenating and relaxing things you could do for yourself.
Epsom Salt baths draw out toxins that we take in every day from foods we eat and even in the air.
They help our body to start flushing these toxins, which increases energy, improves focus, reduces stress, and so many more benefits.
The best part is that making blends for your bath is easy and can transform your experience.
I’d like to share with you some of my favorite Epsom Salt Bath Blend recipes.
Did you know?• Epsom salt is magnesium sulfate, a mineral that has many uses
• Is wonderful for use when bathing because it detoxifies while you cleanse, pulling impurities from your body
• Is also great for moisturizing and softening skin
• Promotes relaxation because your body absorbs it through your skin, then it binds with serotonin (the happy hormone) in your brain
• Epsom salt mixed with bentonite clay is one of the most powerful detoxifiers – the bentonite clay draws out heavy metals from the body while the salt hauls out the toxins

Take Detox to the Next Level
Why Detox?
Detoxing is defined by the Wild Rose College of Natural Healing as “clearing out toxins and debris in your body that may be stopping you
from having vitality.”
With constant and daily exposure to toxins it is important to detox and periodically so they do not build up in in our body and wreak havoc on
our health and wellness.
Baths are wonderful –
but are you ready to take detox to the next level?
It’s time to:
Detoxify your body and drop 5-10 pounds of toxic weight
Eliminate pesky cellulite (toxins stored in fat)
Ditch the 3 PM crashes and vending machine blues
Dump the sugar cravings that leave you with dreadful bloated belly
Do it all with yummy whole foods and NO deprivation!
Are you ready to do this? I am. My detox program is perfect for you!
