Dear Ms. Bose:
On October 13, 2017, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued an order granting a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to Mountain Valley Pipeline, LLC for the Mountain Valley Pipeline Project in this docket. Mountain Valley submitted and supplemented its Implementation Plan for the Project on various dates.
Mountain Valley requests that the Director of the Office of Energy Projects issue a Notice to Proceed with (i) all construction activities for the facilities listed in Attachment A and (ii) hand-felling of trees for the facilities listed in Attachment B. Attachment C includes a cultural concurrence referenced in Attachment A.
