4. Acclimatise to failure: People worry about failure, so make past failures visible   5. Prepare for the flight: The progress of the idea into the real world 6. Brainstorm the problem: Deconstructing problems are much more focused then creating solutions and everyone can participate

1. Take everybody on a journey: Make the client part of the journey and match their investment    2. Talk about what you do: It helps make it more rigorous and gets input from people outside the direct teams 3. Cast carefully: This process doesn’t suit everybody

- Don’t eat your young: Learn with them and make them feel empowered. - Don’t obsess over the tech: Human Behaviour is more interesting - Do the right thing: Get people from multiple departments excited to participate  - Print the legend: Be very clear on what and why you do things   - Keep it light, fresh and fun: Innovation should be lighthearted - There is no process for innovation: It’s iterative and in constant flux.
