Fifty Two Little Trelyn

Martin Davis and his wife Carolyn have lived and worked in Rock for 30 years, they purchased number 50, Little Trelyn in 2001 and here they have focused on enjoying family life in Rock and the surrounding area, while working together in Martin’s long running building and contracting business, M J Davis Contractors. Their two sons attended the excellent local primary school in St. Minver and grew up enjoying all the wonderful outdoor activities both on and off the water that Rock and the surrounding area has to offer! The boys went off to university and Martin and Carolyn spent the last several years refurbishing and developing numbers 50 and 51 and more recently 52 and 53.

Since finishing university, Martin and Carolyn’s eldest son has returned to the local area to live and bring up his own family, working alongside his father on this, their current project.

Martin’s passion for all forms of building and his attention to detail are evident in all that he undertakes. Through his business he has worked with many clients in Rock and the surrounding area on a wide variety of building projects, these clients have become long standing and respected friends of Martin and his family.*

In addition to the aesthetically pleasing look, fine finish and excellent build quality which all contribute to the economical running and efficiency of this lovely new home, Fifty Two, Little Trelyn also benefits from a beautiful uninterrupted south facing rural view.
