(These instructions are for members who originally registered online.) 1. Go to the 4H Online login screen at https://ut.4honline.com 2. Login by selecting: I have a profile Enter your email Enter your password Role is Family (If you forgot your password click on the “I forgot my password” for instructions to reset your password.) Then press the Login button. 3. The member list for your family appears with members’ enrollment status as Inactive. This is due to the roll over which occurs on October 1 st every year. 4H members must re- enroll each year. 4. 4honline Members Re-enrolling in New Year.

(These instructions are for members who originally registered online.)

1. Go to the 4H Online login screen at https://ut.4honline.com 2. Login by selecting:

I have a profile Enter your email Enter your password Role is Family

(If you forgot your password click on the “I forgot my password” for instructions to reset your password.) Then press the Login button.

3. The member list for your family appears with members’ enrollment status as Inactive. This is due to the roll over which occurs on October 1st every year. 4H members must re-enroll each year. 4. 9. The Additional Information Screen contains the authorization statements that the youth members and parent sign.

4-H Youth Member Authorizations 1. Member Agreement is completed by the 4-H youth member. You need to check the box by the code of conduct statement then sign (type your name). 2. Member Photo Release is completed by the 4-H youth member. You should check either agree or disagree radio button and then sign (type their name.)

Parent/Guardian Authorizations

3. Parent/Guardian Agreement is completed by the parent or legal guardian. Your parent or legal guardian should check the box for the code of conduct statement and then sign (type their name). 4. Parent/guardian Photo Release is completed by the parent or legal guardian. Your parent or legal guardian should check either agree or disagree radio button and then sign (type their name.) 5. Medical Release is completed by the parent or legal guardian. Your parent or legal guardian should check the box for the medical release and then sign (type their name.)

25. Check the Pay by Computer Terms and Conditions checkbox. By checking this box you agree to pay 4-H enrollment and/or event registration fees (if any) at your County 4-H office. 26. Press the Submit Enrollment button

27. Your enrollment is now pending. A 4-H County Manager will review your enrollment and change your status from “pending” to “active.”
