Instructors can enroll a group of students into the same course simultaneously.
1. Log into Blackboard.
2. Click the Faculty Resources – Site License Downloads link from the Course List.
3. On the Course Content page, click the Student Enrollment Files folder.

4. Click the Student Enrollments file link.
5. The Files: Student Enrollments list displays and is organized by college. Click the Name of college where you teach.
Make sure to click the Name of the college and not the action link.

6. A window displays a list of course folders. Click the folder where your course resides.
7. A window displays a list of all courses in the folder you selected. Locate the course in which you want to enroll students. Click the course link to start the batch enrollment process.
8. A window displays asking if you want to Open or Save the file. Click the Save button to start the download process.

9. In the Save As window, choose where you want to store the file. In the Save as type drop-down menu, select Microsoft Excel Comma Separated Values File. Click the Save button.
The file saves in the location you selected.
10. Return to Blackboard to the course in which you are batch enrolling students. Click the My Institution tab to reload the Blackboard home page.

11. In the Course List, find the course where you need to enroll students and click the title to open it.
12. When the course Home Page displays, click Users and Groups > Users.
13. On the Users page, click the Batch Enroll Users button.

14. In the File Upload section on the Batch Enroll Users page, click the Browse button to locate the enrollment file you saved in Step 9.
15. Select the file and click the Open button.

16. The Batch Enroll Users page displays the selected file. Leave the Delimiter Type as Automatic. Click the Submit button.
17. The batch enrollment process begins. When the enrollment is complete, a results page displays. Click the OK button.
The Users page displays the list of students enrolled in your course.
