Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the unprofessional service provided by a certain member of your staff (Specific...).

Last month on 9th May, I purchased a MacBook Air at your online store as a gift for my daughter who is going to college. After several weeks normal use, a warning of hardware detection, indicating that the cooling fan is not operating correctly, was displayed on the screen when I turned on the laptop. The disabled cooling system may damage the internal components of the laptop due to overheating. (If something has not happened yet, it is not a problem. Better phrase it into: I was later informed that the internal components of the laptop has been lightly damaged due to overheating)

In light of this circumstance, I called your shop and asked for assistance ofon repairing the cooling system of my laptop. Unfortunately, your staff refused my request in an unhelpful attitude, which made me disappointed (try to be less emotional) about your after-sales service.

To clarify my expectation, I must remind you that my laptop is still under warranty, which means I am eligible to ask for free maintenance service in your store. I would be grateful if you would pay attention to my requirement and fix the cooling fan when I bring my laptop to your store. (Good point, but less do-able.) I would be grateful if you would be able to schedule a date so that I can bring in my laptop for the repairment service.
