3D MODEL SPACE SOLUTIONSUtilizing cutting edge 3D scanning, entire buildings can be digitalized to an accuracy of +/-1mm. The digital model can be used for precise measurements, virtual tours, construction planning, and creating as-built drawings, thereby eliminating the need for multiple trips to complete time-consuming on-site measuring and avoiding costly travel for personnel that are not local to the job site. Using a Webshare link, Kleinfelder’s 3D scans are easily accessed and can be viewed on any internet connected device. Since 360-degree HD photos are generated each time a scan is taken, the Webshare user can toggle between the model and photos while viewing the property online.

MULTI-VIEW CAPABILITYKleinfelder’s 3D scans provide clients with a unique perspective of their facility, allowing the viewer to see through walls, create cross-sectional views, and view the space in its entirety after removing the roof. With access to precise measurements, clients that are designing or occupying a new space can ensure their equipment will fit properly prior to purchase.

• Our combined fee of scanning a property/facility and creation of a Webshare can start in the low thousands. Pricing is dependent on the number and size of rooms (deliverable gives clients the ability to tour the property and take measurements).
