Demand Analysis and Staffing Efficiency cockpits are composed of three dashboards each:

Demand Analysis- Resource, Revenue, DaysStaffing Efficiency-Time to Staff, Time to Proposal and Time to Validate

The solution comes with: Technical Quick Guide Implementation Modeling Guide Dashboard and Crystal Report TemplatesMRS BW Data sources/Extractors

Cockpits can be implemented together or individually, and will need to be adjusted to clients specific company requirements and system environment.

There are three demand analysis dashboard and three staffing efficiency dashboards; each combination is linked to each other and comprises a cockpit

Data flows is the following:

SAP MRS operational data => BW => Crystal Reports => Xcelsius dashboards

Includes new MRS related BW extractors/data sources; modeling on SAP BW with one new InfoProvider and 18 queries that feed 20 Crystal Reports

SAP Integration Kit is used for communication between Crystal Reports and BW; Live Office used for communication between Crystal Reports and Xcelsius

Dashboards can be viewed with flash player + Internet Explorer
