HOLLY!

We’re thrilled to announce Holly Goldin, our new leader for the MVP and User Group Program! Holly joins us from Atlassian where she ran their Global Community and User Group Program. She brings her deep expertise and fresh perspective to our beloved customer advocacy programs.

What you’ll notice immediately is Holly infections positive attitude and bright smile. Holly is originally from Dallas, and like every Texan, is truly in love with everything Texas. When she’s not fostering our most passionate evangelists she’s traveling, cooking, and eating amazing food. She's a lover of dogs, but her favorite, of course, is her own Chiweenie, Zeus.

We need your help staffing the Admin Zones in Boston & Chicago!

Partner Participation in User Groups

• It’s your OWN decision how you want to work with partners!

• YOU coach them on the best ways to engage with you and your group

• They can provide huge value in both content and sponsorship

• Encourage local participation - instead of partners joining lots of groups, join only local groups

• Encourage partners to work directly with you for message amplification

Dreamforce Passes Update

• We have the codes!

• Will post the code in the All User Group Leaders group NEXT WEEK before registration goes live

• REMINDER: only 1 pass PER group (Girly Geeks Groups will also get 1 pass per group)– If there are leftovers, we will open it up to multiple leaders from each group

Reimbursement Process

• Reimbursement process is a headache!

• BUT, it can be quicker and easier as long as you pay close attention to the guidelines…

• If it’s your first time submitting a reimbursement PLEASE be sure to fill out your bank routing info!

• Make sure you scan your receipt! NO RECEIPT = NO REIMBURSEMENT– AP with reject the invoice automatically without even looking at it!

• Make sure you combine everything into ONE SINGLE PDF!– Save your scanned receipt as a PDF

– Save your Invoice form as a PDF

– You should be able to drag and drop on top of each other to combine

– If you can’t figure out a way, you can always go to http://www.pdfmerge.com/
