People besides transported grapes in cellars with wagons drawn by oxen.

In the past grapes were more important than today because it was an alimentary resource.

Doses for 4 persons.1 kg lombata

3 spoons of oil2 segments of garlic

1 red wine glass broth of meat

salt and pepper. Tie the meat with thread and put it in a casserole.

Place on the stove and fry the meat on alive fire from all the parts. Distribute them with salt, pepper, garlic

and wine . When the wine is evaporated join the broth and cover the casserole until complete cooking.

Then cut the meat and serve with the gravy.

200g of milled meat;1 onion;200g of passed tomato;2 spoons of oil;1 red wineglass ;salt and pepper;Cut the onion and make it in a pan with the meat and wine. When the wine is evaporated join the passed tomato. Regulate with salt and pepper and have it slowly for an hour.

Many doctors say wine is an enemy for beauty but it isn’t true. There was a scientific search and they have found out that wine helps feeding the skin. Wine isn’t harmful in fact wine is used for preparation of beauty product.
