Model 3100 Wired synchronous, wall clock The 3100 electronic wall clock is unlike anything on the market today. This unit, as shipped, will directly replace an existing clock or can be added as a new clock. This technologically advanced design is a smart device and will only reset the clock when it is sure that the proper clock correction has been received. With a microprocessor on board this unit is fully intelligent. You will not hear any chatter as this unit does away with virtually all problems associated with mechanical adjustments. The unit is not a pulse counter and truly resets the hands daily for accuracy. It can either gain time or lose time to reset itself. Electronic circuit protection shuts this unit down automatically at 250 mA and will allow it to come back on when the short or load goes away. The unit can be ordered in both 120 VAC and 24 VAC models. The unit will require no maintenance and should give years of trouble free service.
When installed in a wired synchronous clock system, this unit will watch the correction line to see what time it is. When it is sure of the correct time it will advance at high speed to the correct time and even make up the time it took to get to the correct time. From this point on the clock will count the 60 cycle power line to keep time and only reset from the correction line when adjustments might be needed. If a power failure occurs, the unit will stop and wait for power to come back. When it does the unit will instantly snap back to the correct time, provided the power failure was less than an hour.
Features • Fully integrated
microprocessor controls all clock functions.
• No batteries to replace, ever!
• Mounts easily into any existing back box.
• Unit draws virtually no power making it environmentally friendly.
• Electronic fuse protects components against damage.
• Designed to replace all inferior models currently in use.
• Can be ordered in 120 or 24 VAC models.
• Clock connectors included. • Unit will reset immediately
after a power failure. • Face and case options will
customize your clocks. • Knowledgeable 800 tech
support line. • 2-year warranty for both
parts and labor. • Common sense design
allows easy installation and connections.
• This unit is American made right here in the good ole USA!
• Nationwide dealer network.

Engineering notes; A) Wire size or type is not important to this product as long all wiring meets applicable codes and ordinances. B) Wire distance will not be any problem as long as codes are consulted and followed. C) The master clock must be able to run 59th minute synchronous wall clocks. D) Clock power does not need to run through master clock contacts and is preferred not to. E) Depending on your requirements and the type of power supply, the red wires between the master clock and the power supplies may be high or low voltage. F) The clock cord is approximately 16” long. G) The wall side cord is approximately 8” long. H) Custom faces and hands require you to submit drawings.
