LISAN
1. Oral presentation rooms are
located in five rooms namely
Sulawesi 1 Room (1st Floor),
Sulawesi 2 Room (1st Floor), Pitaloka
Room (2nd Floor), Jingga Kencana
Room (2nd Floor), and Siliwangi 1
Room (2nd Floor) in Mason Pine
Hotel Bandung (see the timetable).
2. The discussion will be held in 2 (two)
sessions. Session I consists of 40
participants and session II consists of
60 participants. Both sessions are
divided into 5 (five) rooms (see the
timetable).
3. There are 8 (eight) to 12 (twelve)
presenters in each room with 15
minutes per person, including
presentation and discussion
(questions and answers).
4. Each session will be led by a
moderator appointed by the
Committee.
5. Each presenter must prepare five
ppt slide shows which consist of Title
and Abstract, Introduction, Method,
Results and Discussion, and
Conclusion.
6. The ppt file(s) must be submitted to
the assigned moderator 5 minutes
before the presentation.
7. Each moderator is equipped with a
laptop which can be used by the
presenters.
1. Presentasi lisan dilaksanakan pada
5 ruangan, yaitu ruangan Sulawesi 1
(Lantai 1), Sulawesi 2 (Lantai 1),
Pitaloka (Lantai 2), Jingga Kencana
(Lantai 2), dan Siliwangi 1 (Lantai 2)
di Hotel Aston Denpasar (lihat
jadwal).
2. Presentasi lisan dilaksanakan dalam
2 (dua) sesi. Sesi I terdiri dari 40
peserta dan sesi II dari 60 preserta
yang akan dibagi ke dalam 5
ruangan.
3. Dalam setiap ruangan, terdapat 8-
12 pemakalah dengan pembagian
waktu selama 15 menit per orang,
termasuk presentasi dan diskusi
(tanya jawab).
4. Setiap sesi dipimpin oleh seorang
moderator yang telah ditunjuk
panitia.
5. Pemakalah menyiapkan power
point berisi 5 (lima) slide show yang
terdiri dari Title and Abstract,
Introduction, Method, Results and
Discussion, dan Conclusion.
6. File slide show agar diserahkan
kepada moderator maks. 5 menit
sebelum setiap sesi dimulai.
7. Moderator menyiapkan laptop
yang dapat digunakan oleh
pemakalah untuk presentasi lisan.

discussion in a polite manner and
listens carefully to the discussion.
5. No interruptions are allowed.
Discussion is a consensus-
meeting (no one should
dominate).
6. Each member participates
voluntarily and actively in the
discussion.
1. Peserta berada di ruangan
masing-masing 10 menit
sebelum diskusi dimulai.
Gunakan waktu untuk
berkenalan dengan peserta lain
di ruangan.
2. Tidak menggunakan telepon
seluler dan laptop pada saat
diskusi.
3. Tidak diperkenankan merokok
atau pergi ke toilet.
4. Membuka diskusi dengan

MEJA BUNDAR
1. The discussion room is located on 2nd Floor, Ballroom,
Mason Pine Hotel Bandung.
2. The discussion will be held in two sessions. Each
session consists of 144 presenters who will be seated
in eighteen roundtables and 160 presenters who will
be seated in twenty roundtables (see the timetable).
3. There are eight presenters in each table, and each
session lasts for 120 minutes including presentation
and discussion (questions and answers).
4. Each session will be led by a moderator appointed
by the Committee.
5. Each presenter must prepare one-page extended
abstract which consists of Title, Authorship, Affiliation,
Introduction, Method, Results/Findings and
Discussion, Conclusion, and References. (NOT IN
POWERPOINT FORMAT)
6. The abstract is written on an A4-size paper, using
Times New Roman (12 pts), and 1.5 space.
7. Each presenter must prepare ten (10) copies of the
abstract for each member of the discussion.
1. Diskusi meja bundar dilaksanakan di Mason Pine
Hotel Bandung, Lantai 2, Ballroom.
2. Diskusi dilaksanakan dalam dus sesi, dan masing-
masing sesi terdiri dari 144 peserta yang akan dibagi
ke dalam 18 meja bundar dan 160 peserta yang
akan dibagi ke dalam 20 meja bundar.
3. Dalam satu meja bundar, terdapat 8 pemakalah
dengan total waktu diskusi per sesi selama 120 menit,
termasuk presentasi dan diskusi (tanya jawab).
4. Setiap sesi diskusi dipimpin oleh seorang moderator
yang telah ditunjuk panitia.
5. Pemakalah menyiapkan satu lembar extended
abstract yang terdiri dari Title, Authorship, Affiliation,
Introduction, Method, Results/Findings and
Discussion, Conclusion, dan References. (TIDAK
DALAM FORMAT POWERPOINT).
6. Abstrak dituliskan dalam kertas A4, menggunakan
font Times New Roman, ukuran huruf 12, dan spasi
1,5.
7. Pemakalah menyiapkan salinan abstrak sebanyak
10 eksemplar untuk diberikan kepada pemakalah
lain dalam satu meja.
