( Science ) - Observe an animal using Explore.org or observe an animal at home. Watch like a scientist and record your observations. Ask your guardian to help you find a resource to learn more about the animal you observe. Write a poem, draw a picture and label it, or create a picture book complete with illustrations and text about the animal you observe. Be sure to use correct spelling, capitalization, and punctuation.

( Science ) - Choose a science topic that you know a lot about. Create an informational book about your topic. Make sure you have facts, details, illustrations, and a concluding statement or section in your informational book. Be sure to use correct spelling, capitalization, and punctuation.

( PE ) - Put down 5 pieces of paper. Number each paper with either a 1,2,3,4,or 5 for points. You can put them in any order, anywhere. Pick a starting point to begin the game. Using a coin, toss it and try to land on the numbered pieces of paper. You win the game when your points add up to 21 exactly. If you go over 21 points you go back to 15 points and try again to get 21 points exactly.

( PE ) - Choose Jumping Jacks, running in place, or push-ups. Record how many you can do without stopping the first time. Set a goal of how many you want to do by the end of each week or month. Keep a record of how many you do each time. Check your progress at the end of the week or month.

( SS ) - Interview an older family member or parent about his/her life. Create a list of questions to ask them. After you interview them, create an informational book. Make sure you have facts, details, illustrations, and a concluding statement or section. Be sure to use correct spelling, capitalization, and punctuation. Example Questions: When were you born? What was your first job? What is your favorite memory from when you were a kid?

( SS ) - Part of being a responsible citizen is being prepared for an emergency. Prepare an emergency plan for your family. Ideas for your emergency plan may include: fire, tornado, flood, or the current Covid-19 pandemic. Create a pamphlet that shows your emergency plan as well as answers the following questions: Why is it important for people to follow rules? What can you do to keep yourself and your family safe? Be sure to use correct spelling, capitalization, and punctuation in your writing.
