Production Schedule
About the Production Phase
We defined the production phase as a two week time frame immediately proceeding the installation date. The following table provides a high level overview of when the production phase occurs and what is accomplished during the production phase.
Phase Activities
Pre Production Arrange for Broadband Internet Access, Gather Menu Information
2 Production Weeks Menu Build, Employees, Permissions, & System Settings
Operation Live Operations: Installation, Staff and Admin Training, Go Live Support
Key Dates
The first day of Operations is the key date. The first day of operations is when the system will be installed and likely the day you will start operations with 2Touch. We require this date to be:
On or after your internet access is installed. We will require you to have a promised install date from your provider before we will schedule an install date.
Your environment must be ready. o Sufficient electric outlets installed per code must be available. o Your network runs must be complete and tested. o Your physical build out must be complete (at least where the point of sale components are
to be placed). We also highly recommend this date be one of your slower business days or a soft go live event.
You will have many other considerations such as staff availability and your ability to provide the needed menu and system information.

Production Overview
The production will start two weeks prior to the install date. The following table outlines the production activities on a per day basis. You will need to provide the information needed to complete the daily topic on that day.

Menu Build – Modifiers
Modifiers
Revisit the above menu item table. For each modifier group that applies to the menu item, write the name of the modifier group next to or below ‘Group’.
Circle yes if the modifier group should automatically be displayed when the item is ordered. For example, you’d want to automatically display the modifiers for cook temperature (rare, medium, and well-done) for a steak.
Enter the minimum and maximum number of modifiers appropriate for the menu item and modifier group. In our steak example, a minimum of 1 and maximum of 1 temperature should be chosen.
Modifier Groups
After reviewing the starter build, note modifier group changes here.

Refer to the template below and note the left most column with the ‘Speed Screen’ button on the top. This column is displayed at all times. You’ll want to put your 8 most used buttons in this left most column. The remainder of the buttons are displayed when the ‘<< More’ button is pressed.
Use the template below to note the menu departments and menu categories you want on the speed category bar.

Pricing Specials, Discounts, Coupons
Days and Times
List which days and the time frame the special applies. For example, the pricing special ‘Happy Hour’ might run every day from 5 pm -7 pm. The pricing special ‘Friday Fish Fry’ might run Fridays from 6 pm – 10 pm.
Items on Special (Special Pricing)
The items on special can be specified by pricing group or by menu item. For the purposes of this worksheet, you can note the menu category as the group of items to be priced special. We will add all the items in the menu category when we create the actual special.
For each “Item on Special” note the special pricing.
If the menu items have pricing levels, specify which levels are on special and specify the pricing per level.

Screen Saver Logo
2TouchPOS displays a screen saver when no one is logged in and after it has been idle. By default, the screen saver shows the 2TouchPOS Logo and the XENIOS, LLC Logo. We can replace the XENIOS, LLC Logo with the logo for your establishment.
