Hi Mr.PIX,

I know what is classmark. But sometimes classmark change is come under the picture, when at all MS change its capabilities (like Band info, addition of power amplification). How come it changes band info and add the power amplification. That is what i thought to ask. Can you any practical scenario, why it is doing addition of power amplification

hi,

The MS sends this message to the network, to list all its capabilities. The network is then aware of what the MS can or cannot do.

Hi,..

Can anyone tell in which practical scenario classmark change comes under the picture.

I know what is the use of classmark. But why classmark change procedure required while location update or CM procedure is ongoing.

Dear Bijoy,

please let me know where I can find description of below parameters.

BR,Pawel

Bijoy - 21st December 2009 (05:24 GMT)

Oh!!!Pawel, many of the parameters are self explainatory, like es_ind,rf_power_cap etc etc.Name only those which bothers you the most

Pawel - 18th December 2009 (15:06 GMT)

I know, Bijoy, that there are a lot of parameters. If could encode part of them it would be fine for me:
