Primarily perform post process analyzing for all KPI TEST scenarios for the performance management of LTE Network using PRS, MOS-7100, MOS-5200, Genex Assistant and Genex Probe f or tests consisted of Near point, Far point, 3 point Data UL & DL, Ping Test, Session Recovery, handovers checking, Attach and Detach Analyzing and plotting the drive logfiles routes to show the coverage and quality with the RSSI, CINR, RSRP, SINR, RSRQ, PCI and PI, DL and UL data throughput as per the requirements of the customer using GENEX ASSISTANT 3.3. Performed Low level optimization and remote support for LTE project through Genex Probe 2.3 and TEMS 11 DT log files analysis and Network Stats. Co-ordinate with Huawei Optimization team and DT team members for supporting them to overcome any issues arising on the field. Identify the cross-feeder issues and rectify it through the E-NodeB CC-Board. Cluster & Area Optimization of LTE Sites Defining Inter-cell neighbors & configuration of time to trigger for successful Handovers. Daily KPI update & monitoring of KPIs. BSC/RNC performance supervision and TopN cells analysis Post site integration shakedown analysis. Suggestion for the IBS Solutions to resolve the Indoor Coverage holes, Managing Special Events and Handling Databases. Generating the required documentation and reporting of agreed network KPIs statistics using M2000, MapInfo, Google Earth and XCAP tools. Achieve & maintain the Radio Network Performance as per the contracted KPIs (Accessibility, Retain ability, Mobility & Service Integrity). Monitoring KPI by means of SDCCH/TCH drop calls, call set up success rate, handover success rate and congestion rate, and conducting Final acceptance Report by means of statistics and drive test measurements. Post processing for Nokia S12/S13/ S14/RAS06/ RU10/RU20 Prepares XML files using NetAct Plan Editor (Ver 4.6-4-1) for adding missing neighbors (ADJG, ADJW, ADJS, and ADJI) based on distance and actual handover attempts to improve statistics. Knowledge of setting up the specific 3G RF parameters for the site to be integrated: RNCid, WBTSid, LcrId, MCC, MNC, LAC, RAC, SAC, CId, UARFCN frequency, scrambling code and implementing ADCE and ADJx neighbor definitions. Identify and resolve Co and Adjacent frequency, MAIO discrepancy, BSIC and HSN discrepancy in assigned BSC. Resolved issues related to NBR definition, Cross connectivity, call muteness & Handover/LAC Update Failures. Responsible for Inter-departmental Co-ordination with Implementation/Project Control/NOC/NSS/Operations to complete the Pre-Launch Process. Optimization of Site such as Height of Antenna, Tilt & Orientation of Network. Done hot spot collection, nominal selection. Decided the far end location to the GSM antenna depending on the clutter surrounding. Depending on the available Line of Sight as well as the capacity in terms of E1 on the same and Height of the Microwave Link antenna by considering the Fresnal zone and maximum obstruction between two sites. Post-Processing Engineer & Drive Test Engineer NSN-Mobily project (RIYADH) Jan 10 July 10Responsibilities: Prepared the KPI report using TEMS and MAPInfo and forwarding it to the optimization engineer with recommendations and actions. Adjusting 900 and 1800 traffic sharing for DCR and MPD (Minutes per Drop) Improvement. Planning and re planning cell size antennas (Azimuth or tilt) and/or location to meet traffic capacity & coverage needs. Responsible for traffic dimensioning with optimal use of Half Rate & execution of antenna redesign activities. Completed the target of given number of new sites for drive and optimization on or before time. Proposed the height reduction of Sectors if the signal is overshooting and co-ordinate with the height reduction team. Identified causes of poor coverage, and made recommendations about the orientation changes, electrical tilts changes or antenna heights etc. Checking the missing neighbors and suggesting to add the DN with the cells. Coordinated with BSS Teams to resolve Issues, such as Handover Failures, Frequency Interference, and Low Power TRXs, Sector swapping etc. Checking the handover performance between cells (Incoming / Outgoing HO).
