Similarities Differences

Stone Age sculptures were influenced by the land, religion and things and events encountered in everyday life. Renaissance sculptures were influenced by human anatomy and Heaven and God.

Renaissance sculptures were made using more advanced tools than Stone Age sculptures. Stone Age sculptures were made using stones of different sharpnesses, shapes and sizes.

Stone Age sculptures are among the oldest sculptures ever made, the youngest being 10,000 years old. Renaissance sculptures are around 600 years old.

They were both made out of natural materials. They both have mostly humanoid features. They were both made during times in which technology was quite lacking.

Similarities Differences They were both made from advanced historical civilisations. They were both from different countries and continents.

Considering their technology, they had made very accurate sculptures. They took onboard many different regulations when they madesculptures.

The sculptures were mostly tributes to Gods as an offering or way of bargaining.Egyptians were mostly God based and Romans were humbling and honest.
