• accomodation (with breakfast): expected prices for single occupancy double room in 3 - 4 star hotels between 40 and 65 EUR, for one person in double room – 25 to 40 EUR, cheaper accomodation for students foreseen

• conference fee (including welcome reception, conference dinner, lunches, excursion, proceedings) not more than 350 EUR, smaller fee for students

• support for students foreseen • help with transport from/to airport (railway stations) foreseen
