• Bucks - can be used as a rebate with Pentair. The more dealers you have signed up who redeem for Bucks, you can turn those into Pentair for a credit on your account.
• Extended Warranty - Enrolled and active Pro Dealers can offer an extended warranty to their customers.
• Labor Agreement - Enrolled and active Pro Dealers can utilize our Labor reimbursement if one of our 4in fails due to factory issue.

Reporting Purchases with Model N
1. If you are new to the dealer program and need to start reporting purchases please email [email protected]
2. We will set you up with Model N, our new reporting partner.
Purchase reporting is due monthly for the program by the 10th of the following month.• Ex: January’s purchases are due by Feb 10. • Points from the current year’s program are available for redemption
until March 31 of the following year.

Bonus Status Carryover• Dealers will earn points based on their prior year status achieved. • EX: if you ended 2020 at Gold status, starting in 2021 you get Gold
Status from point 1.
• REQUIREMENT TARGET– Stay within 5% of last years points on the first half of the year.
• If dealers fall off the target amount they keep their first half earned points and can earn back up to that prior year level.

launched in 2013 has been incredibly successful in dealer interest, growth and loyalty.
• We changed to Amazon which gives our dealers greater buying power and an expanded prize offering.
• Dealers can buy tools, GPS units, computers and other business building items with points.

Pro Dealer Bucks• Bucks are a great opportunity for the dealer to earn a rebate on the
products they purchase through the program.
• No limit on the amount of points a dealer can turn in to bucks.
• Electronic Bucks - Dealers receive an email that they can either print out or forward to their distributor.
• For Distributors redemption of bucks is also online, enter in the voucher code and the buck is redeemed!
• Pentair then issues a credit memo on the distributor account.
With no cap on points, dealers can invest significantly into their business.

–Points do not rollover. • I have a question about my account, who do I contact?

–Please call Pro Dealer Customer Service 1-855-654-4387 x108• I don’t know how to report my purchases?
–For a dealer, login and click the REPORT PURCHASE button. Follow the instructions and upload your information.
–If your distributor reports for you, tell them you are enrolled in Pentair’s Pro Dealer program and have them reach out to [email protected] for reporting instructions
• I can’t login? –Click on “Need Help Logging in” fill out the form and the system should send you
your information. Otherwise, email [email protected]

• Go to www.pentairprodealer.comand click the green LOGINbutton at the top of the page and then NEED HELP LOGGING IN?
• If your email matches what is in the system then your user name and password will be automatically sent to you. Otherwise your account is manually matched. This takes about 24 hours.
