The System has the load carrying capacity and adaptability for making connections at any location in the ceiling. With a continuous support channel along the 2’x4’ grid, a PICS™ structural ceiling provides ease and flexibility in the white space layout. The PolarSlideTM Sliding Door is pre-assembled door with a compact design that minimizes foot print. PolarPlexTM PX Sliding Door Aluminum Sliding Containment Door

The PolarPlex™ PX Sliding Door is an elegant aluminum door with auto-close and hold-open features. The door uses a gravity incline design that provides a smooth, consistent close. The width of the dual door is 54” in order to fit most four foot aisles. The door panel frames and support legs are an attractive anodized aluminum. A single sided version is also available. Its efficient design makes installation quick and easy; from box to operating in less than on hour.

Low Cost, Rapid Install Cabinet Chimneys

Polargy’s Flat-Pack Family of containment solutions includes a rack-based chimney option. These exhaust chimneys are packaged in flat kits that field assemble in just minutes. The clear multi-wall polycarbonate panels allow light to pass through so that rows of cabinets with chimneys have a minimal impact on the data center lighting. Rack top attachments are made with strong neodymium magnets making the installation tool-less and quick. All chimneys are custom sized to the project.

PolarPlexTM Suspended Panels Suspended Panel System (SPS)

PolarPlex™ SPS is a ceiling suspended aisle containment solution with an innovative quick connect and quick removal design. In overhead applications the SPS is completely supported by the ceiling so it is rack independent and server cabinets can be moved in and out without effecting the containment. No tools are required for panel installation. This unique feature makes installations go fast, gives quick access for maintenance, and makes removal for cleaning easy.

UL-listed for use below sprinkler heads, the PolarPlex™ Drop-Away Panels solve the “sprinkler head obstruction” problem associated with deploying containment. This unique containment roof system is deployed horizontally across the aisles to create a tight containment barrier. The panels are made of an aluminum frame with a special translucent insert. The inserts are available in either a frosted or clear type. Panel inserts are heat sensitive and promptly move out of their setting in high heat.

Made of anodized aluminum framing and fire-safe inserts, the PolarPlex™ Containment Panels are lightweight, cost effective and attractive looking. Panels are supported with a tight fitting bracket so that they can be either secured to the rack tops or to the floor. A movable, self-standing panel is available in custom heights and widths. Standard panels are also configured into “containment stalls” to be used to contain individual racks.

HighlightTM Temperature Monitoring Light

The innovative HighlightTM provides perfect peace of mind at a glance. It changes color to let you know at once whether the temperature of a rack or the room is too high or just right, helping you maintain a safe operating environment. This visual monitoring solution lets operators quickly “see” a problem spot.

The indicator light is green when temperatures are good, yellow when its getting too hot, and red when it is too hot. Temperature thresholds for changing color can be user configured and are preset to common industry thresholds. A digital LED readout shows the exact temperature.

The HighlightTM is stand alone unit and specifically not integrated to the network so it can be easily deployed. The unit is powered with a simple USB adaptor and up to 10 units can be daisy-chained to a single power outlet.

PolarDam is ideal for sealing raised floor cutouts, and seals air gaps better than brush grommets for a fraction of the cost. PolarDam is flexible, resilient foam that conforms to any space to stop cold air from escaping, and is UL-94-HF-1 rated fire-resistant. PolarDam is strong, chemical resistant and retains its integrity for years, and installs in minutes without tools. Packaged in cases of six 24" x 24" x 2" sheets perforated every inch.

The PolarFlex™ Blanking Panels are for eliminating large scale air bypass through empty racks and large unoccupied spaces in server cabinets. For empty or mostly empty racks, PolarFlex™ Blanking Panels are a convenient and cost effective alternative to installing hundreds of individual 1U and 2U molded plastic rack blanks to avoid air bypass and mixing. Available in standard 42U, 45U and 48U heights, the panels are easily cut with scissors so as racks get populated, PolarFlex panels can be perfectly resized to accommodate new IT gear.
