Gain additional exposure and share information about your products and services in an educational-session setting inside the SHRM Talent Exposition. Exhibitors will have 30 minutes to present on a topic of their choosing during peak Expo Hall hours.

o One time slot at the Exhibitor Solutions Theatre, located in the Expo Hall.

o $100 credit toward CompuSystems (CSI) for lead retrieval services.

o Presentation area set for 15-25 attendees.

o Audiovisual materials including 46” monitor, sound system, and lavalier microphone.

Looking to reach your audience outside of the Expo Hall? We are offering exhibitors the ability to craft their own session and present to conference attendees in a concurrent session room. Limited slots available.

Conference Mobile App — $15,000: Grab the attention of all conferencegoers with your company logo pinned to the splash page and mobile app banner. The app has become the preferred method of navigation for SHRM attendees, and this ensures your brand is part of that too!

Lamppost Banner Sponsorship — $15,000: What better way to lead attendees to their sessions than by splashing your logo on the front of these lampposts. Lamppost banners are located on the Delta level, leading up to the conference center. The sponsoring company would get a minimum of 22 lampposts for branding, with the company’s logo on the bottom third of the banner, sharing space with the conference branding on the top two-thirds.

Opening General Session on Monday, April 8 — $15,000: Sponsorship of this heavily attended session includes recognition of the sponsor’s delegation from the podium and prominent display of sponsor’s logo at the opening general session. The company will also be able to provide a flier to be placed on the tables/chairs before the session begins.

Watercooler Branding — $13,000: Help attendees stay hydrated and refreshed during the long conference hours with this exclusive watercooler branding. Watercoolers will be placed throughout the conference center to maximize visibility. Number of units to be determined.

Conference Padfolios — $13,000: Your company name and logo will be placed in the hands of each conference attendee. These padfolios are also used again and again by our attendees once they return home from the conference.

Conference Onsite Program and Exhibitor Directory — $12,500: Includes one full-page, four-color advertisement on the back cover.

Badges and Lanyards — $12,500: Brand the only items that attendees are required to wear: their names badges and lanyards. This sponsorship offers one company the sole branding of these items and the exposure that comes with it.

General Session on Tuesday, April 9 — $10,000: Sponsorship of this heavily attended session includes recognition of the sponsor’s delegation from the podium, the prominent display of the sponsor’s logo on screens, and the sponsor’s flier placed on the tables/chairs before the session begins.
